but if you’re not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

• Art prints must be undamaged and unopened where sealed.

• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refunds will only be issued once the item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in resalable condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service – we are not responsible for lost returns.

Please note:

• Custom or made-to-order items, including limited-run art pieces, are non-refundable.

• Items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
